Buying a home, especially for the first time, should be an intimidating process filled with uncertainty and doubts. However, with Chantel by our side, my wife and I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way.
Considering that this was the largest purchase we've ever made--and the fact that we were total novices--I never would have guessed that's how we would have felt, but Chantel went out of her way to be responsive to our questions, to anticipate concerns we might have, and to raise issues we didn't even know to consider.
Beyond her professional expertise, she is simply a joy to be around. Her honesty and candor throughout were refreshing and much appreciated. In the end, she helped us purchase our dream home and the whole process was smooth sailing from beginning to end (thanks largely to her diligence behind the scenes to clear any potential hurdles).

Having Chantel as our listing agent was a very enjoyable experience. She was very professional and made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the whole process of selling our house as well as assisting us in finding and purchasing a new one.
The house we sold was on the market for only six short weeks when most other homes in the area have been on the market for many months. And we were able to get the price we wanted.
In searching for our replacement house, she was very efficient and possessed a good understanding of exactly what my wife and I were looking for.
In all the houses my wife and I have purchased and sold over the years, Chantel is by far the best agent we've ever had.

Buying your first home is a scary process and nowadays it seems nearly impossible. Chantel was committed to me from the beginning. She made me feel like I was her priority and she worked day in and day out to make me feel confident I would get the house I wanted. She was knowledgeable of all my options and if something was standing in my way she would have a result to fixing it. She never let me get stressed and she was continuously making sure I was in the know about everything going on. I couldn't have had a better realtor. I believe she is the best in Colorado. My goodness, where do I begin?
Chantel *sold* my house; she didn't merely place it on the MLS and then disappear. She placed informative cards throughout the house pointing out its features in case the buyer might not notice. She arranged for staging (which we didn't need because she got it sold so quickly).
After we got an offer, the hard work began. Like most sellers, I was a bit of a pain. She was magnificent! When I got balky or grumpy she was there to calm me down and keep things rolling. I had business trips and, finally, had to move out of state to my new job and Chantel took charge of hiring the workers to get the needed repairs done in my absence. She also set me up with a lawyer for power-of-attorney authorization.
As if all that isn't enough, I also never had to call her to find out where we were in the process. Chantel called or emailed me nearly daily and always kept me apprised of any developments.
I've bought and sold several houses in my life and have never experienced such commitment.
Chantel is a pure joy to work with.

My husband and I met Chantel Campbell at an "Open House" in Lakewood. She was engaging and friendly. We liked her right away and decided to contact her for our search. Chantel was very helpful and gave us her full attention. She was always willing to show us homes and always positive we would find the "home of our dreams". After finding a home we wanted, it turned out to be a complicated "short sale". This did not deter Chantel. She put our home on the market and sold it in about 4 days! Wow! She has kept us in the loop every step of the way on the "short sale" and it looks likes it may happen soon. Her positive attitude, energy, and warmth has made us feel very close to her. You feel like you are working with a friend instead of a realtor. We would recommend her to everyone. She is fantastic!

We first met Chantel completely by accident as we were pretty dead set on not working with an agent, but rather contacting the selling agents for houses we wanted to view. As luck would have it, the listing agent was busy the day we wanted to view the house and her office sent Chantel. That house didn't work out, but Chantel was a great find. Right away we knew we wanted to work with her and she helped us find a great home. She's knowledgeable about all aspects of the market and willing to go above and beyond her call of duty. On a personal level she's a joy to work with and I actually hope we stay in touch long after the house buying is over.

First and Foremost, I want to thank you Chantel for the Awesome Job that you have done for us. We had our doubts because of our economy, but you have made true believers out of us, because of your persistance and loyalty. Not only did you treat us as a professional, but as a true friend who protected us.
When I first bought my home it came with a 2yr ARM, I was current on my house payments, until this ARM got out of hand. Our goal was to refinance the home under FHA 30 YR FIXED when the ARM was done. The Market had crashed and the home went upside terribly. The Loan Officers made it sound like it would be no problem and they could help me, until they did the numbers.
After a year of struggling of trying to get house refinance, the ARM was ballooning so high that I could not stay current and was falling behind after living there 4yrs.
The home was going under foreclosure eventually and I knew it! So I did my homework and began looking for someone to help me, that's when Chantel came into our lives. Trust me, I was so frustrated I didn't care anymore about saving this house, it was making me financially miserable.
Chantel convinced me that she could do a short sale on the home, which is better than walking away and letting the house go under foreclosure, besides it would look better on my Credit History. She put the house on market mid Oct. 2010 and closed on it Feb. 9th 2011, less than four months. that is AWESOME!
I can honestly say that we are much happier family, plus we feel that a Chain and ball has been unleashed, we can breath again!
Chantel stuck with us when most would have probably walked away. I hold Chantel in very high regard, and have a great deal of personal and professional respect for her, and there are not many people that I will say that about."

What an enjoyable experience we had working with Chantel. She stuck with us until the end even after we gave her challenges that other realtors could not handle. She was well informed & communicated on a daily basis. We always knew where we were on our motrgage process.
Chantel gained our trust from day one. She stood by us all the way to the closing table and made sure all was in order. Chantel answered all of our questions sometimes before we even asked.
We will refer Chantel to all our relatives, friends and anyone looking for a good realtor.

I was a first time buyer and was (and probably still am) completely oblivious to whole home buying game. She was always ready with all the paper work, always positive and always more than gracious. I have to admit I ran Chantel through the ringers, I almost bought a house, got to the inspection and decided to back out, she still stuck it out with me. I didn't think I would want to look again for another place, she stayed patient. We looked again and I found a great place that more than fit my budget. I am very happy with my decision and that is a large part due to Chantel. Chantel jumped through plenty of hoops for me, and I really can't expect that from too many Realtors. Brandon W. |

I was one of those people dead set against locking in with a realtor, but after viewing dozens of houses with the various realtors who were selling those places and accidentally stumbling onto Chantel I knew she was the gal for me.
If you want an honest realtor who will go out of her way to make sure you find your dream home, Chantel is the gal for you too. She was incredibly patient as I tried to even figure out what kind of place I wanted, and in the end we found an amazing place I now call home. Throughout the whole process she was very helpful with her massive knowledge of the Denver market, good and bad things to look for in houses and quick at answering emails/calls. I can honestly say I feel that she went above and beyond her role as a realtor. |
